Healing happens when we feel safe.
We offer a range of services designed to meet you where you areβwhether you're navigating anxiety, recovering from burnout, processing past trauma, or simply longing to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.
We have expert clinicians who specialize in children, teens, adults, and couples.
Our approach is warm, relational, and integrative, blending traditional talk therapy with somatic (mind-body) practices, trauma-informed care, and emotional insight. We work collaboratively, always honoring your pace and your lived experience.
Each service is more than just a session, itβs a space to breathe, reflect, and grow. Together, weβll explore not just whatβs not working, but whatβs possible. Through compassionate presence and evidence-informed practices, weβll help you uncover tools, patterns, and perspectives that lead to lasting change.
Whether you're seeking short-term support or long-term transformation, weβre here to walk beside you with care, curiosity, and respect.
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
For: Depression, anxiety, trauma, burnout, life transitions
A safe, one-on-one space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns. We focus on building insight, emotional regulation, and self-trust while addressing the deeper roots of your struggles.
-
Most clients meet with their therapist weekly or every other week, depending on their needs, goals, and availability. Your therapist will help you decide on a rhythm that gives you enough consistency to make progress without feeling overwhelming.
-
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Your therapist will draw from evidence-based approaches that fit your personality, goals, and concerns, adjusting along the way based on what feels most helpful to you.
-
Therapy can help you better understand your patterns, recognize what you need, and respond to stress in new ways. You may work on setting healthier boundaries, regulating difficult emotions, communicating more clearly, and feeling more grounded in everyday life.
-
If it feels helpful, your therapist may offer reflection questions, small exercises, or practices to try between sessions. These are meant to support your progress, not give you more homework, and can help you bring what you are learning in therapy into your daily life.
CHILD & TEEN THERAPY
For: Anxiety, ADHD, Autism, big emotions, behavior challenges, school stress
Therapy gives young people a supportive space to understand their emotions, build coping skills, and practice new ways of handling hard moments. We also work closely with parents so the skills your child learns in therapy can actually help at home, at school, and in everyday life.
-
Helping children notice big emotions, understand what their body is telling them, and learn practical ways to calm down and recover.
-
Building skills around attention, flexibility, transitions, frustration tolerance, sensory needs, and self-understanding without asking your child to be someone theyβre not.
-
Helping children face fears, manage anxious thoughts, build confidence, and feel more capable when something feels scary or uncertain.
-
Giving parents concrete tools for responding to meltdowns, setting limits, reinforcing positive behavior, and helping new skills carry over into daily life.
COUPLES THERAPY
For: Communication problems, conflict, disconnection, trust, intimacy, and major life transitions
Understand the patterns that keep you feeling stuck and build healthier ways of communicating, repairing conflict, and staying connected. Whether you are navigating recurring arguments, feeling more like roommates than partners, or adjusting to a major change, therapy can help you create a stronger and more secure relationship.
-
Learn how to communicate more clearly, slow down escalating arguments, and work through disagreements without getting trapped in the same cycle.
-
Strengthen closeness, vulnerability, affection, and emotional or physical intimacy when your relationship has started to feel distant.
-
Work through hurt, resentment, breaches of trust, or difficult relationship experiences while building healthier patterns moving forward.
-
Navigate parenting, marriage, moving, career changes, family stress, identity changes, or other transitions as a team.
TRAUMA THERAPY & EMDR
For: PTSD, childhood trauma, emotional neglect, dissociation, nervous system dysregulation
A gentle, validating space to process trauma at your own pace. We prioritize safety, consent, and body-based healing while helping you reconnect with your inner resilience.
-
Trauma therapy should never feel rushed or forced. Your therapist will work at a pace that feels manageable, checking in often and helping you stay grounded while exploring difficult experiences. You are always in control of what you share and when.
-
Trauma can affect both the mind and body. Your therapist may use grounding exercises, body awareness, breathing techniques, and education about the nervous system to help you better understand your reactions and feel more present when stress or memories become overwhelming.
-
Therapy can help you recognize the situations, sensations, or relationship patterns that activate your nervous system. Together, you can learn ways to respond differently, create stronger boundaries, and gradually build a greater sense of safety in your body, relationships, and everyday life.
-
Sometimes different parts of us carry fear, shame, anger, or old survival strategies from earlier experiences. Your therapist may help you explore these parts with curiosity and compassion, understand what they are trying to protect, and develop new ways of responding that feel safer and more grounded in the present.
