One Team, Two Tracks

  • This role is designed for residents who want more than just a caseload. You'll build real clinical confidence, sharpen your documentation and case conceptualization skills, and lay the groundwork for a long career doing work you love.

    Our program offers free weekly individual supervision, hands-on licensure guidance, a monthly LPC-Resident peer cohort meeting, and virtual body doubling sessions to give you the structure and community to thrive.

    Early Career Clinicians are W-2 hour employees and start at $55.00 per 60-minute session, with the opportunity for a pay increase at 6 months based on performance.

  • This role is for licensed clinicians who are ready for the autonomy they've earned, without sacrificing the support of a collaborative team. You'll have the freedom to shape your clinical practice alongside colleagues who are genuinely invested in your success. Independently Licensed Clinicians are W-2 hourly employees and start at $70.00 per 60-minute session with the opportunity for pay increase after 6 months based on performance.
