Joanna is our fearless leader! She is responsible for directing our entire clinical program and daily operations. She is passionate about ensuring all aspects of Fairfax Therapy Group are up to our high standards, so you have access to the care you deserve. Joanna is experienced in treating eating disorders, borderline personality disorder, and obsessive compulsive disorder. Joanna in network with Carefirst BCBS and Anthem. Joanna is not accepting new clients.
Lori Zastrow, LPC

Lori keeps a close pulse on the heartbeat of our company: our staff. We believe that therapists who have a sustainable work-life balance + healthy inner world make for excellent client care. Lori also supervises clinicians earning hours towards independent licensure through our Early Career Clinicians Program. She is a licensed professional counselor who specializes in working with adults who have anxiety and trauma. Along with CBT and ACT, Lori utilizes mindfulness strategies and encourages her clients to pursue a holistic approach to their health. Lori is in network with Carefirst BCBS and Anthem.
Lori identifies as queer 🏳️🌈 and especially enjoys working with teachers (she previously was one!)
